Every good activity will take time, work and effort.

Every good activity will be rewarding both financially and give enjoyment;

Question:; *what do you look for?

Answer; - *look for an activity where you can talk to a person, live

* a person you feel comfortable with and trust

* look for an activity that will fill the niche and or void in your life without jeopardizing your family responsibilities

Remember; everyone, on this planet has only have 24 hours in a day; we can't manufacture any more time ever.

What is your time worth?

Have you considered how much you need to meet all your financial and personal needs.

How much time can you honestly give a new project??

Every new project or activity will have a learning curve that will need time and extra effort; are you prepared to make the sacrifices to get it started?

How many hours a day or week can you give; include all the activities involved, calls, meetings conference calls, webinars; selling away from home.

How much action will it take to meet your needs?

WHAT IS A HOME BUSINESS?

WHERE DO I BEGIN, WHAT IS REAL?

Every day, I get asked , What does it mean, Are they Scams? Why do I have to have money to make money?

This will take a few articles to explain.
Let's start with, Why do I have to have money to Make Money?

When you go to a job, you have to work, pay your expenses to get there etc, and after 2 week , you get paid for your time and effort.
You gave your time and effort to someone and they gave you money for your services.
Without an exchange of work for service, no dollars would be forth coming Right?

Your car is an object that requires , fuel to work and a person to use it.
Farmers, prepare the land, buy the seed and plant, care for the fields and are rewarded with a crop.

You will always receive "Nothing" for Nothing.

So the bottom line is, stop and decide, What do I enjoy doing/
Make the 24 hours in your day, happy and productive.

If you are happy on your JOB, why change?
If not; make a list of WHY you want to change?
Is it more time with family?
Is it more income?
Is it financial freedom?
Have you been laid off?
Do you have enough challenges?

Do you understand WHY you are looking on the internet for "Something"

If you didn’t ; you might consider a career change, retiring early and starting your own home activity, Or going back to school.

WHY ASK JOAN

Nearly 2 years ago, I answered an ad re; earning money from Home.
I had a return call on a Saturday afternoon from Joan.
I was in a bad state; my husband of 30 years had finally left and I was relieved and scared.
He was a controller and was negative to every idea I had.
I had also grown up with some medical problems and my Mother had always overprotected me as well.

Now I was on my own with no income OR experience to move forward.
For some reason, Joan sensed my mood and spent a little time chatting with me.

We talked about what I had dreamed about and what I would like to do with my large property.
When I said I always dreamed of growing Raspberries, I was amazed how much information she gave me.
Joan was a grower of small fruit and she gave me lists of varieties, where I should go to get them and more information on how to start.
Best of all she left the door open to keep in touch.
And I do just that.

When she found a good lead or contact for other issues I had, she would recommend I follow through. WOW have I improved.

I have gone back to school to take a course. which I can use for part time income.

I have learned how to say NO to my mother and others who have always disapproved of whatever I tried.
Do I still have bad days. YES; Guess what I do; I just ask Joan; she always gives me the confidence to move forward ; she always has time.

Career Changes

CAREER CHANGES, YES OR NO.

Things to consider when making changes in careers OR work environment.
Is Working from Home in the picture? Always be open-minded, always be learning.

1. What do you really like to do? You might be happier pursuing your hobby as a full time
career.

2. Which activities do you find most fulfilling; do they involve, working alone OR with others?
Solving new problems Or making systems work?
Negotiating or giving orders? Answers to these may help you find something you are best
suited for.

3. Before leaving a company, ask the personnel department about jobs in other areas that you
are qualified for.

4. Of you want to investigate other fields, continue your current position on a part time,
freelance or consultative basis.

5. Many colleges have programs for older student, who can work full time and study part time.

6. If you are thinking of a NEW profession and aren't sure, do volunteer work in the field to
check it out.

Work from Home OR for a company. enjoy the experience. You only have 1 life, make it the best.

How much time do I really have to "work" at something new?

Am I a person that is easily distracted?

Why, would I work at home rather than in an office OR on a job site?

What are my financial obligations now?

What are my time commitments now?

How would a part-time activity from home help or hurt my situation?

Everyone is different, Everyone must decide for themselves!

Just know: that kicking tires or just trying something IS a recipe for failure;

Remember; it took you time to get an education; it took time to train for a nurse, Doctor, plumber. electrician, massage therapist or whatever.
